Job Description

  • $26.78 to $27.78 per hour
  • Minimum 30 hours per week guaranteed

About the Role

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, creating unforgettable experiences for our guests from the moment they arrive. Your role will involve:
✅Providing warm and professional service at reception, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless stay.
✅ Handling guest requests and inquiries with efficiency and a problem-solving mindset.
✅ Sharing local knowledge and insider tips to enhance our guests’ Queenstown experience.


Qualifications

About You

We are looking for a customer-focused superstar who:
✨ Excels at building relationships and adapting to changing priorities.
✨ Has a passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable guest experiences.
✨ Possesses strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
✨ Has experience with Opera, Opera Cloud, or RTBS systems (an advantage but not essential).
✨ Is available to work on weekly rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
