Job Description

  1. Plan and manage materials for maintenance repairs and projects to prevent wastage.
  2. Perform maintenance work as per PPM plan.
  3. Install new equipment when necessary and perform tasks to the highest standards.
  4. Address issues in your activity field promptly and independently.
  5. Manage workshop stocks and order supplies as required.
  6. Adhere to daily tasks and ensure timely implementation.
  7. Attend to guests' additional needs and requirements.
  8. Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or certificate in a technical field (e.g., electrical, mechanical).
  • Prior experience in maintenance or technical roles, preferably in hospitality.
  • Knowledge of hotel systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
  • Relevant technical certifications (e.g., electrical, plumbing) preferred.
  • Basic English and fluent in Thai.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving, and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to perform manual tasks and work in various conditions.
