As the General Manager of our beautiful property, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for all hotel departments, aligning operations with our brand standards and business objectives
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share
• Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement among staff
• Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction through personalized service and attention to detail
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, corporate leadership, and local community partners
• Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to build a high-performing team
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, safety, and quality standards
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and enhance the hotel's reputation
• Lead by example, embodying our company values and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional results

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar senior leadership role in a comparable hotel or hospitality business
• Strong business acumen with a track record of driving commercial performance and achieving financial targets
• Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making skills
• Outstanding leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing diverse teams
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, industry trends, and best practices
