Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance & Repairs: Inspect, repair, and maintain systems like plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
2. Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
3. Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid equipment failure.
4. General Repairs: Handle minor repairs such as painting, carpentry, and fixing fixtures or appliances.
5. Documentation: Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and parts inventory.
6. Safety Compliance: Ensure all work complies with safety and regulatory standards.
7. Emergency Response: Address urgent repair needs to restore functionality promptly.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Experience: Experience in general maintenance or specialized trades (e.g., electrician, plumber).
• Skills: Strong troubleshooting, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Physical Ability: Capable of lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and working in various environments.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with tools, equipment, and safety protocols.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
