We are Novotel Amsterdam City; one of the largest 4-star hotels in the Netherlands. As a strong brand, we are part of the international organization Accor. Novotel Amsterdam City features 610 rooms, approximately 1,300 m² of meeting space, and various F&B outlets; we cater to an average of 500+ guests daily, providing them with the best service they could wish for.

What are you going to do?
At Novotel Amsterdam City you have the opportunity to be yourself, because we believe that when you are the best version of yourself you can provide the best possible service to our guests. As our Front Office receptionist, you will be the first and final contact point for our guests. You ensure that their check-in or check-out runs smoothly and you assist them with all their questions or requests! You will also perform general administrative duties belonging to the Front Office department. Of course you won’t do this alone, but with your 19 team members!

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing team member, who has a true passion for hospitality, likes to work within a team, is flexible with an eye for detail. Besides this you have;

• Preferably, previous experience in Front Office;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent knowledge of the English language;
• Experience with PMS Opera / Opera Cloud or with similar systems.
