We're setting new standards in the Australian hospitality scene and we're seeking a new Front Office All Rounder to be part of the “ Rebirth of a Sydney Icon” with us!


Job Description

An exciting opportunity at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth to be working in Front Office team expanding your skillset in both Communications and ReceptionOur Front Office All Rounders play a vital role in our Hotel acting as the link between our guests and the hotel operation. As a first point of contact, our Front Office All Rounder promptly attends to guest requests and hotel enquiries while upholding our luxury brand standards. No two shifts are the same in this varied role, you could be responding to all internal and external phone calls, performing check-incheck-out processes, welcoming guests to the Hotel and assisting with guest queries . 


Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will have proven multi-skilling experience and a high sense of organisation. You will also be able to demonstrate:

  • Strong communication skills and excellent personal presentation.
  • Great interpersonal skills with a passion for connecting with people. 
  • Desire and ability to excel in a luxury environment.
  • Flexible working availability with working rights in Australia.
  • Experience using a PMS (Property Management System) such as Opera & HotSOS not essential, but would be highly regarded.
