• Ensure the smooth operation of food & beverage service in both functions and the restaurant;
• Lead a team of  individuals in various roles within the food & beverage service;
• Collaborate on menu and beverage offerings;
• Occasionally contribute to menu planning and pricing decisions;
• Manage inventory and place orders for food and beverages;
• Responsible for training and developing staff members;
• Dedication to ensuring a positive dining experience for guests;
• Reporting to Restaurant Manager & Conference & Events Operations Manager.

• Previous experience in a food & beverage outlet at a team leader or supervisor level;
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems, specifically Opera and Shiji;
• Capability to resolve issues and address guest concerns effectively;
• Keen eye for detail to uphold service quality and presentation standards;
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and work in a fast-paced environment.
