As our Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will champion the Sofitel spirit. A blend of heartfelt hospitality, polished service, and an intuitive understanding of what luxury feels like. You’ll guide our teams to deliver experiences that are warm, poetic and effortlessly refined.

• Lead and inspire teams across buffet breakfast, all-day à la carte dining, signature bar service, and relaxed poolside service
• Bring a sense of theatre and rhythm to each service - ensuring elegance, consistency, and confidence from open to close
• Coach and mentor ambassadors to embody the Sofitel service culture: intuitive, graceful, emotionally intelligent
• Maintain refined presentation across venues, upholding brand standards with precision
• Oversee daily operations including stock, ordering, rosters, and service flow
• Collaborate with hotel leaders to elevate guest sentiment, curate moments, and drive a seamless luxury experience
• Be a visible presence on the floor - poised, polished, and engaged

What you will bring to the role: 

• Strong experience within restaurant environments, and luxury hotels highly advantageous
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience within an elevated venue
• A natural ability to lead by example, set the tone, and inspire a culture of refined service
• Confidence, warmth, and clarity in communication
• An eye for detail, a calm approach under pressure, and a genuine passion for luxury hospitality
• RSA certification and availability across early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
