Food and Beverage Supervisor

Conveniently located amongst Sydney’s CBD, Darling Harbour, Darling Square and ICC precincts at Novotel Sydney Darling Square we are looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team.

What will you be doing:

This is a great opportunity for a dynamic Food and Beverage Supervisor or Team Leader to step in to a unique role. Reporting to the Director of Culinary across our venue Pumphouse and the hotel, this is a great opportunity to grow your F&B career.

In this hands on role, you will be expected to:

• You will have a keen eye for detail with good time management skills,
• Work alongside the team to provide support, guidance, and growth opportunities.
• Incredibly hands on and a genuine passion for outstanding guest service.
• You will assist in driving all Food & Beverage opportunities for the Venue to ensure our offerings remain fresh and animated.
• Thorough knowledge of our food and beverage lists, and be able to provide recommendations and suggestions to our patrons.
• Having your RSA will be required, and knowledge of safe handling of food and beverage is also essential.
