Passionate about guest interaction, Food and Beverage? As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests.

In this role you will be assisting the Food & Beverage Manager with the daily operation of the Restaurant & Bar. Leading the Food & Beverage team to deliver excellent & consistent service. Managing guest complaints and enquiries, ensuring you are guest focused at all times.

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous experience with senior responsibilities in Food & Beverage Service.
• LCQ Certificate
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality
• Managers Certificate
• Strong leadership skills
• Minimum 2 years of restaurant service experience
• Efficient in service procedures
• Creative and quick thinker
• Effective time management, communication and problem solving skills
• Flexible to work early or late shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Customer focused & team player
