Food and Beverage Supervisor - Full-time

Pullman Sydney Airport is currently is our luxury property boasting 229 rooms, an Executive Lounge, Mobius Bar & Grill and 5 versatile conference rooms. We are looking for an F&B all-rounder with experience in banquets and restaurants, a team leader looking to step up or someone who embraces change and wants to grow and develop with us

Mobius Bar & Grill is one of the best restaurants near Sydney airport and Mascot. Breakfast at Mobius is made of fresh artisanal breads and pastries, charcuterie, fine cheeses and hot dishes – which then morphs into all-day antipasti and tapas selections. Lunch and dinner is a vibrant blend of modern Australian and Asian cuisines – at the live wok station and signature open grill. At Mobius Bar & Grill, we think global and cook local, using only regionally produced ingredients.

This role is suitable for a F&B Team Leader looking to set-up or a Supervisor looking for a change.

• Assisting in the smooth operation of the Food & Beverage department 
• Creating a seamless dining experience for our guests, making everyone feel welcome and valued
• Constant communication with all departments
• Ensuring all team members are confident and competent in selling menu items, beverage items and hotel services.
• Supervising, guiding and training the team in departmental policy and procedures as well as product knowledge
• Develop a sales approach and passion for driving and generating business

• A willingness to learn and passion to teach
• Previous F&B experience in banquets and restaurants with strong product and industry knowledge
• Possess a strong work ethic and is flexible to work weekends, public holidays and evenings
• Valid NSW RSA Competency card
• Must have full working rights in Australia - we do not offer sponsorship for the role
