Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Type documents, take meeting minutes, draft letters, and manage correspondence.
  • Support the overall operations of the hotel as needed.
  • Assist the outlet manager in developing policies and procedures for the Food & Beverage Operation Manual.
  • Maintain and secure all Food & Beverage files.
  • Help prepare and print outlet menus for managers.
  • Create and maintain a Food & Beverage database (including suppliers, guests, and contacts).
  • Prepare materials for various meetings, including Daily Operations, Executive Committee, and Sales & Marketing meetings.
  • Assist with the purchase request process for the Food & Beverage Division.
  • Direct Food & Beverage inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
  • Coordinate and manage a master weekly schedule for the division.
  • Process monthly attendance and payroll.
  • Create and maintain team rosters.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:      

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Oasys system.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong, vibrant and dynamic personality.
