Food & Beverage Attendants

Located on the beautiful shores of Lake Wakatipu in the heart of Queenstown, Novotel Queenstown Lakeside is the town’s largest hotel, offering 273 rooms and catering to leisure guests, incentive groups, and intimate meetings. We are now looking for several passionate Food & Beverage Attendants to be part of our dynamic team with immediate start.

As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will:

• Deliver friendly and professional service in a fast-paced environment

• Demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills

• Take initiative to provide exceptional customer experiences

• Work effectively under pressure and collaborate with team members

• Maintain a consistent and reliable work ethic

• Knowledge of food and beverage operations is advantageous

• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills, with the ability to create Heartist Moments

• Previous food & beverage experience will be advantageous

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Long term commitment to the role ideally 6+ months.
