We are seeking high-calibre Food & Beverage professionals to join our passionate team. You’ll also have the opportunity to work within our prestigious Room 81 Bar, Restaurant, Gaming, and Banquet areas, offering variety and professional growth and development.

What you will bring to the role: 

• High-level communication and interpersonal skills, able to seamlessly manage inquiries, requests, and feedback with professionalism and discretion
• Experience as a food and beverage attendant, preferably in a luxury hotel 
• Strong attention to detail and guest engagement skills
• Confidence and poise in a luxury or high-end hospitality setting
• A passion for food, wine, and curating memorable dining moments
• Availability to work an average of 38 hours per week across a variety of shifts, including nights and weekend
• A calm, solutions-focused mindset with strong emotional intelligence
• RSA essential (RSG with Gaming experience highly regarded)
