As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll be responsible for delivering friendly, efficient and professional service across our restaurant and bar. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional experience from start to finish.

• Provide high‑quality food and beverage service that exceeds guest expectations
• Greet, seat and assist guests with menus, enquiries and reservations
• Take and process orders accurately using the POS system
• Deliver meals and beverages promptly and professionally
• Maintain excellent knowledge of menu items, promotions and upselling opportunities
• Follow food safety, hygiene and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements
• Always maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and wider hotel team

What we’re looking for:

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred, but not essential
• Knowledge of basic coffee and cocktail preparation is advantageous
• Current RSA certificate (NSW) or willingness to obtain
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A professional, friendly and guest‑focused attitude
• Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays
• A team player who demonstrates initiative, reliability and integrity
• Have full working rights in Australia
