Opening this December, Cleo will bring Eastern Mediterranean flavours and old-world cooking techniques to life, set within a new modern space to celebrate every season

The rooftop of Hyde Melbourne Place will be transformed with warm tones, long tables, generous spaces for relaxed communal dining and an all-new Mediterranean-inspired food and beverage menu.

As a Food & Beverage Attendant at Cleo, you’ll bring the spirit of the Mediterranean to life - offering warm, effortless hospitality, vibrant energy and genuine connection with every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional, welcoming, and attentive service to every guest.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, share your menu knowledge, and ensure prompt, polished delivery.
• Set up, maintain, and clear tables and service areas efficiently while following Cleo’s service standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure seamless, enjoyable service for all guests.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation, ensuring every guest enjoys a safe and comfortable dining experience.
