You will be:

• Hospitality Experienced: Preferably with experience in medium to large restaurants; 5-star hotel experience is a bonus
• Guest-Centric: At least 3+ years in customer service, with a passion for creating great guest experiences
• Confident & Clear: Excellent communication skills, in person and on the phone - including taking room service orders professionally
• Energetic & Reliable: Positive, proactive, and ready to lift the vibe of the team.
• Quick on Your Feet: Thrive in fast-paced settings, multitask with ease, and stay composed under pressure
• Barista-Skilled: Coffee-making skills are a huge plus!
