Join our dynamic team as a Food and Beverage Attendant specializing in Banquets at our prestigious establishment in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are seeking a customer-focused and efficient individual to deliver exceptional service during our banquet events.

• Set up banquet rooms, including tables, chairs, linens, and place settings according to event specifications
• Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a positive first impression
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas throughout events
• Assist with post-event breakdown and cleanup
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Participate in pre-shift briefings and training sessions

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in banquet settings
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and supportive demeanor
• Proficiency in food and beverage service techniques
• Knowledge of banquet operations and procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven teamwork abilities
• Keen attention to detail
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Food handling certification (preferred)
• Alcohol service certification (if applicable)
• Experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment (preferred)
• Ability to work in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
• Knowledge of local customs and etiquette (preferred)
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
