Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North comprises a 345-key hotel, along with a souq encompassing 11,000sqm of leasing space, a beach club, a theme park, and a waterpark. The resort boasts panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Rixos plans to provide a platform for showcasing Qatar as a tourism destination. One of the country’s biggest draws will be Qetaifan Island North’s Meryal Waterpark attraction. The Rig 1938 is the world’s highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres.

Fitness Instructor 

As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for designing and leading fitness programs, conducting sports activities, and providing personalized instruction to guests. Your role involves promoting health and wellness and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

• Ensure all dealings with guests at the Fitness areas meet or exceed the resort operating standards.
• Ensure the health and safety of guests and employees are paramount at all times.
• Coordinate and facilitate sports and recreational activities.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and approachable manner, promoting the benefits of physical activity and healthy living.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute special events, themed fitness programs, or wellness initiatives. Contribute ideas for new attractions or experiences that promote physical activity and guest engagement.
• Ensure proper inventories of all operating equipment are conducted in line with audit standards to effectively manage operational costs.
• Ensure that the department follows safety and maintains confidentiality for all guests and colleagues at all times.
• Ensure all Fitness / Gym equipment is maintained in good working condition at all times.
• Inspect, maintain, and sanitize fitness equipment, sports gear, and activity areas to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and safety.

• Certified Personal Trainer
• Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and a passion for promoting health and wellness
• Ability to engage and motivate guests of all ages through dynamic instruction and positive reinforcement
• Ability to speak other languages and a basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
