• Oversees the Finance and Accounting department in the hotel, and ensure its smooth operation and compliance so that all financial and management reports are accurate and available by their due dates.
• Defines and implements hotel internal control policies and procedures, ensuring their effectiveness so that the profitability of the hotel is maximized (in conjunction with the General Manager of the hotel).

• Strategic thinker with proven experience in financial management
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation for payroll, tax, superannuation, long service leave and compliance
• Proficiency with all Microsoft programs and major hotel operation system
• An ability to understand and navigate complex stakeholder environments
