What you will be doing:

• Reporting to General Manager.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve the hotel's objectives.
• Manage the budgeting process, including forecasting and variance analysis.
• Develop and implement financial control procedures and systems; maintain records for internal and external audits; ensure compliance with government regulations and contractual agreements.
• Collaborate with department heads to optimize financial performance and achieve operational efficiencies.

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand. Maldives’ work experience is preferred.
• Proficient in English.
• Experience with OPERA, MC, Micros and Sun system.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Proactive, excellent negotiation and communication skills, flexible working hours, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
