• Lead, manage, and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, and laundry operations.

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned with brand standards and other regulations.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality, safety, and consistency.

• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and succession planning.

• Oversee inventory control, linen management, amenities, and housekeeping equipment.

• Collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, and F&B to ensure seamless guest experiences.

• Manage departmental budgets, cost controls, and productivity targets.

• Train and engage team members on sustainable practices and environmental awareness.

• Introduce eco-friendly cleaning products, linen reuse programs, recycling systems, and waste-segregation practices.

• Ensure housekeeping and sustainability practices enhance guest comfort, health, and well-being.

Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management and Hotel Operations.

Proven experience implementing sustainability or environmental initiatives in hospitality.

Minimum 1 Year of experience at the same level.
