Job Description

Night Reception Agent

Guest Services

  • Check guests in and out during the night

  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest requests or complaints

  • Provide information about the hotel, services, and local area

  • Handle late arrivals and early departures

Security & Safety

  • Monitor who enters and leaves the building

  • Ensure doors, gates, and public areas are secure

  • Handle emergencies or disturbances and contact security or authorities if needed

Administrative & Financial Duties

  • Run the night audit (balance daily transactions and close out the day)

  • Prepare daily reports for management (occupancy, revenue, cash)

  • Process payments, invoices, and refunds

  • Manage cash drawer and credit card transactions

Housekeeping & Coordination

  • Coordinate with housekeeping or maintenance for urgent issues

  • Note maintenance problems for the morning staff

  • Ensure lobby and front desk areas remain tidy

Communication & Handover

  • Leave detailed notes for the morning shift

  • Report incidents, guest issues, or unusual events

 

 

 

 


Qualifications

Experience is an asset
Prior experience working with PMS or a related system
Fluency in English


Additional Information

Valid work permit required for non-EU applicants.
