We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will maintain and enhance cleaning standards in alignment with Novotel brand guidelines, handle guest inquiries with professionalism, and effectively resolve complaints. This role requires seamless collaboration with other departments to uphold smooth operations and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

•Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in a hotel or hospitality environment.

•Strong leadership and team management skills.

•Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.

•Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

•Proficient communication skills in English and Mandarin (required).
