• Sole responsibility and in charge of the hotel’s operations when managers are not on site
• Leading the team
• Ensuring safety and security of guests and staff
• Auditing income and revenue reports
• Guest check in and departure
• Managing and resolving guest complaints

• Availability over a 7 day basis including weekends and public holidays
• LCQ Certificate & current GM Certificate 
• A full and current NZ Driver's License with the ability to drive both Manual and Automatic cars
• 1 - 2 years experience in a management/supervisory role
• An approachable and professional manner
• Strong written and verbal communication and computer skills
