Distribution Manager [m/f/d] – Parental Leave Cover

We are currently looking for a Distribution Manager to join our Distribution Team on a one-year fixed-term contract covering parental leave.

What your day will look like…

• Act as the main point of contact for Revenue, Reservations, and Sales regarding interfaces and reservation systems
• Manage and maintain our channel managers and electronic distribution channels (PMS, CRS, etc.)
• Maintain interfaces between various systems to ensure seamless data flow
• Manage rates in Opera Cloud PMS, CRS, and handle content management for our hotels
• Conduct audits and system checks and support the implementation of new hotels
• Work closely with the team to optimize online distribution channels
• Use TARS for automated processes and improve distribution efficiency

Your personality matters more than your CV…

• Completed training in hospitality
• Fluent in German and English
• working experience in online distribution or yield management
• Knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS, Synxis CRS, and TARS is a plus
• Understanding of technical structures in online distribution
• Experience with online booking platforms
• Responsible, accurate, and reliable
• Confident user of Microsoft Office
• Above all: team spirit, engagement, and enthusiasm for digital processes
