Located on an exceptional estate, in the heart of a century-old olive grove overlooking the Atlas Mountains, the Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakech offers a truly unique setting. Just twenty minutes from the vibrant “Red City,” on the Amizmiz Road, the Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakech features 134 keys spread across suites and villas, three restaurants, a 3,500-sqm spa, as well as a sports center with a 2,000-sqm swimming pool, an 18-hole golf course, and a unique kids club.

Under the general guidance of the Director of Sales & Marketing, the position is responsible for the following:

• Providing leadership and direction to the Sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.

• Assisting in the development of sales strategies and overseeing the execution of plans and tactics to increase direct revenue across all segments.

• Driving revenue growth by developing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.

• Ensuring revenues meet or exceed budgeted targets to maximize profitability.

• Supporting the enhancement of the Resort’s market positioning and overall performance.

• Previous experience in sales

• A university degree in a related field is preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Highly responsible and reliable

• Ability to focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous at all times
