We are seeking a visionary and strategic Director of Engineer to join our team in Movenpick El-Gouna, Egypt. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive innovation, lead engineering initiatives, and shape the future of our organization's technical capabilities.

• Develop and implement strategic engineering plans aligned with organizational goals
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Oversee multiple engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for engineering initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and process improvements
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices
• Present technical strategies and project updates to executive leadership and stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and methodologies

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Master's degree preferred
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification
• 10+ years of engineering experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex engineering projects
• Strong technical expertise in relevant engineering fields
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities
• Advanced project management and budgeting skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in resource allocation and team management
• In-depth knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory standards
• Experience with implementing innovative engineering solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisive actions
