Job Description

  • Manage the hotel's social media presence across the approved platforms. Create engaging content, followers’ acquisition, response to feedback, and paid marketing activities that are align with business goals - enhancing the property visibility, driving traffic to the website and assisting the business conversion.
  • Manage influencer collaborations and relationships by identifying the right profiles that align with the target audience. Coordinate these collaborations effectively and amplify the content to maximize property exposure and referral traffic to the websites. Oversee the hotel’s Google Business Profiles and similar listings – maintain the up-to-date and accurate content while optimizing all the available features of each listing.
  • Manage the property’s business listings on third-party websites, including setup, updates of information, and tracking lead generation.
  • Create, maintain, and implement digital marketing content and editorial articles as needed to support the SEO strategy.
  • Assist the Director of Marketing Communication with the hotel websites management (including all images, tools, and content) to ensure it is up to date and presents correctly.
  • Assist the Director of Marketing Communications (MARCOM) in planning and managing the budget for all digital marketing activities.
  • Possess a strong understanding of Accor's Digital and E-Commerce systems, including web analytics, ECRM, and back-end operations.
  • Review analytical data to support digital marketing strategies and assess the performance of digital marketing initiatives on both websites and social media platforms.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies, conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to gather relevant information and make recommendations that enhances property exposure, boosts business conversion, and improves customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field
  • 3 years’ experience in the hotel marketing; 2+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Solid understanding of social media, e-commerce, SEO and Display Marketing
  • Creativity and knowledge of media editing software (photo and short-video)
  • Working knowledge of Wordpress CMS, and content management platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to development and execute digital marketing and communications strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai
  • Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suites, and Webmaster Tools
  • An open-minded, proactive and team player.
