What You Will Be Doing:

• Provide personalized recommendations for dining, activities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Assist with reservations, transportation arrangements, and special requests to ensure a seamless stay.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, both in person and over the phone.
• Coordinate with various departments to fulfil guest needs and expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of local events, trends, and services to offer tailored suggestions.
• Ensure VIP guests receive exceptional, customized service.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction.
• Assist with concierge duties, such as ticket bookings, tour arrangements, and event planning.

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service, ideally in a concierge or front desk role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and assist guests effectively.
• A keen knowledge of local attractions, dining options, and cultural events.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using hotel management software and other relevant tools.
• A passion for providing personalized, high-quality service that exceeds guest expectations.
