Job Description

Are you ready to supervise the most magical time of the year? The princess is looking for a Supervisor to keep things festive, fun, and orderly for our annual Christmas Event! The Supervisor role is a management position responsible for all aspects of managing our magical event.

Reporting to the Director of Christmas at the Princess Operations, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Seasonal dates of position: November 4th, 2023 - January 10th, 2024 (Full time opportunities available after January 10th!)
  • This is a seasonal position for the winter, but the successful candidate must commit to working five days a week until the end of the season.
  • Develop, inspire, and retain top talent
  • Effectively and fairly manage and drive high performance of all colleagues
  • Ensure onboarding and continued training of the team
  • Lead consistent focus on delivering engaging guest experiences
  • Build a team that works well together based on the needs of the division
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Available evenings, weekends and holidays
  • 1+ Years Supervisory Experience
  • Must be fluent in Excel, Word, Power Point, Publisher, POS
  • Demonstrated success in talent development/management
  • Strong communication skills and ability to foster a guest experience focused culture
