COME AS YOU ARE & SHOW WHAT YOU CAN...

• You take on personnel responsibility for the technical team, including scheduling shifts, conducting performance reviews, holding training sessions, onboarding new employees, recruiting, and supporting team development.
• You ensure compliance with working hour regulations for staff and apprentices, as well as other legal requirements in the technical field.
•  You coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of all technical equipment, checking, for example, during your rounds that every light bulb is working.
• You work closely with the occupational safety specialist to ensure a safe workplace for our team.
• As the Technical Director, you take on the responsibility of creating duty rosters and act as the go-to person for all technical questions.
