Are you a food pioneer who crave the taste of success? Do you prepare and present our guests the most delicious dishes but do you also take care of the standards? Then we are looking for you because Mercure Amsterdam City is seeking an enthusiastic (evening) cook.

Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the dishes are prepared with passion. We use seasonal products to prepare the most delicious dishes and love to also hear your input!

Who are we looking for?
We are searching for a real enthusiastic and inspirational cook! You preferably completed a completed chef’s training level 3 or you have demonstrable work experience at an equivalent level. You are flexible, a team player, have HACCP knowledge and have great communication skills in English. Speaking Dutch is not required.
