The Chef de Partie - Bakery is responsible for executing recipes, maintaining strict quality standards, and contributing to the creation of visually appealing and innovative bakery items. By meticulously managing their section and assisting in various bakery operations, this role helps uphold the hotel's reputation for culinary excellence, ensuring that guests enjoy a memorable and delightful dining experience.

1. Education: A formal culinary education or a relevant pastry and bakery program. 
2. Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in bakery operations, with a focus on the specific section (e.g., pastries, bread).
3. Luxury Hotel Exposure: Prior experience working in luxury hotels or upscale restaurants, demonstrates an understanding of the service and quality standards expected.
4. Leadership Skills: Some experience in a supervisory role or as a lead baker, showcasing the ability to manage a section and delegate tasks effectively. 
5. Menu Knowledge: Familiarity with bakery menu items, recipes, and a creative flair to contribute to menu development and innovation.
