We are seeking exceptional Resort Butlers who live and breathe personalised service and thrive on creating magical, unscripted moments for our guests. This is not a traditional hospitality role. This is an opportunity to redefine luxury through genuine connection, creativity and heart.

Key Responsibilities

This is a dynamic, front-of-house role involving:

• Enhancing and shaping the Guest Experience
• Acting as the key point of contact for guests and their families throughout their stay
• Building strong guest relationships and detailed guest profiles
• Curating bespoke experiences and personal touchpoints
• Walking the resort daily, mingling and proactively checking in with guests
• Strong food & beverage knowledge, including beverage preparation
• Identifying opportunities to surprise, delight and create “wow” moments
• Assisting guests with information, requests and special arrangements
• Multitasking in a fluid environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Showcasing creativity, artistry and strong local knowledge

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• High level of creativity and emotional intelligence
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings and public holidays
