Victory has now opened on the top floor of the new 25 hours Hotel on Papirøen. Operated by the team behind Copenhagen’s most legendary bar that has featured on the World’s 50 best Bars list, we are a Public House that is focused on cocktails and the perfect Guinness. We are open from Wednesday to Sunday from 17:00-00:00 with the view to increase our hours as the months go by.

Seasonally focused drinks working with local farms and foragers to curate drinks that respect the ingredients we use. Our drinks are refined and high in flavour, that is our goal.

We are looking for someone to start part time initially, with the potential to be full time in the future with increased trade, if desired. We all work in every section at Victory. That includes working the floor, doing glassware and making delicious drinks.

• You’ll take care of our guests – hand in glove with your colleagues, and from early till late
• You’ll get everything ready for the shift, and take care to ensure that it’s all cleared away again afterwards
• You’ll work independently, even when the going is hectic, and your feet hurt
• and you’ll serve drinks, drinks, drinks

Qualifications

• Experience in the hospitality industry
• An interest in food and drink.
