The Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service and guest experiences in line with Pullman brand standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
• Provide warm, professional, and efficient service while engaging with guests to enhance their overall experience.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of beverage menus, promotions, and special events; upsell premium products to maximize revenue.
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol in compliance with hotel policies and local regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory management, and minimize wastage.
• Work collaboratively with service staff, kitchen, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Attend training sessions and contribute to a positive working environment.

• Minimum 1–2 years experience as a Bartender in a hotel, bar, or reputable restaurant.

• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails.

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Well-groomed, energetic, and service-oriented personality.

• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.

• Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards.
