Reporting to the Assistant Manager of Food & Beverage, as a Barista, you’ll be at the heart of our guests' experience, crafting quality coffee and beverages with care. You will create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, providing excellent customer service while delivering high-quality coffee consistently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving high-quality espresso coffee and other beverages.
• Assisting guests with menu options and dietary requirements.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in your station and service areas.
• Collaborating with the restaurant team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Ensuring orders are written clearly and correctly for the kitchen and cashier.

Who You Are

• A passionate barista with a customer-focused attitude.
• Experience in a busy café or restaurant environment.
• Completed Food Safety Handler Course.
• Hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
