Barback (Seasonal)

A Barback plays a crucial support role in bar operations, ensuring that bartenders have everything they need to serve guests efficiently.

• Ensure bar stations are fully stocked before and during service.
• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and garnishes throughout the shift.
• Refill glassware, napkins, straws, and bar tools as needed.
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and clutter-free at all times.
• Collect and wash dirty glassware, ensuring bartenders always have clean supplies.
• Dispose of trash, empty bottles, and used garnishes regularly.
• Wipe down bar counters, equipment, and seating areas to maintain hygiene standards.
• Assist in preparing garnishes.
• Help with basic drink prep when needed.
• Answer basic guest inquiries or direct them to bartenders for recommendations.
• Ensure guests receive fast and efficient service by keeping the bar well-maintained.
• Follow all health, safety, and liquor laws to maintain a responsible work environment.

• Previous bar or restaurant experience (preferred).
• Strong physical stamina (lifting heavy items, standing for long hours).
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player mindset, willing to help wherever needed.
• Basic knowledge of cocktails, liquor brands, and bar operations (preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
