• Recruiting, training, and supervising bar staff
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health and safety regulations
• Creating and implementing bar marketing strategies
• Organizing and promoting special events and parties at the bar
• Overseeing the preparation and presentation of beverages to meet set standards
• Resolving customer complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
• Managing budgets and controlling costs to maximize bar profitability
• Ordering, maintaining, and controlling bar inventory
• Performing regular stock-takes and inventory checks
• Ensuring the bar is well-stocked with ice, glassware, spirits, and other supplies
• Inspecting the bar area for cleanliness and maintaining strict hygiene standards
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age

• Bachelor's Degree
• Proven work experience as a Bar Manager, or similar role within luxury atomosphere
• Good knowledge of wines, beer, and spirits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system
• Ability to handle difficult customers
• Ability to manage and lead a team

experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Fluency in English
additional languages are a plus
