Abou you 

You are an enthusiastic bar attendant who can blend passion, initiative, and a friendly attitude to create unforgettable experiences for our guests. You’ll mix your bar knowledge with a deep commitment to total customer satisfaction, ensuring every interaction is positive and efficient. With your expertise, you’ll assist in recommending wines and beverages, all while working seamlessly with your team to deliver the best service. Your keen attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure will ensure the highest-quality drinks are served consistently. Add in your creativity and table service experience, and you’ll ensure accuracy when taking and delivering food and beverage orders. If you’re a team player with a passion for hospitality, we want you on our team! 

What you will be doing:

• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Upsell food and beverage items to maximise sales.
• Accurately take and deliver orders using the Infrasys system.
• Assist guests with menu choices, including dietary needs and beverage recommendations.
• Communicate special requests with the kitchen.
• Maintain clean and tidy tables and service areas.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Support a safe workplace by following OHS practices.
• Hold a valid Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
