• Assists in providing technical support and setup of AV equipment, and documents all technical issues.
• Maintains and troubleshoots all AV equipment, ensures all banqueting hall audio-video equipment is ready, and identifies upgrading needs for new systems, tools, and equipment.
• Prepares the set-up of AV equipment, ensuring that it is operational, labeled, repaired, and clean, and oversees equipment operation.

• Certificate/Diploma in engineering, audio, and video or any related field is an asset.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as an AV Technician is an advantage.
• Excellent communication for technical support and organizational skills.
• Strong working knowledge of installation, operation, and maintenance of AV equipment and systems and MS Office Applications.
• In possession of a valid work permit enabling employment in the Philippines.
