Job Description

  • Assist in optimizing revenue strategies to maximize room revenue and profitability.
  • Manage online distribution channels, ensuring accurate content and pricing across all platforms.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to implement strategic pricing decisions.
  • Support revenue forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams to enhance overall revenue performance.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and revenue management best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in revenue management or online distribution within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management systems and online booking platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in both Thai and English language.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
