Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Learning and Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt. This role is crucial in supporting the design, implementation, and evaluation of our organization's learning and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be an Egyptian national with a passion for employee growth and organizational development.

  • Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and design tailored learning solutions
  • Manage and maintain the learning management system (LMS) to ensure efficient delivery of online training
  • Support the creation of engaging instructional materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, and training manuals
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops as needed
  • Analyze training effectiveness through various evaluation methods and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Assist in managing the department's budget and resources
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and regulations in all training initiatives

Qualifications

 

  • 1-2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing effective training programs
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulations
  • Understanding of corporate training best practices
  • Professional certifications in L&D (e.g., CPLP, ATD certifications) preferred
  • Egyptian nationality required
