About you

As an Assistant Front Office Manager, you will show your leadership and interpersonal strengths to maximise the Rooms Operations. You are a driven problem solver with a creative approach to delivering the ultimate guest experience. You understand the requirements of a past-paced environment and ensure your team has the tools and resources to be successful in the day-to-day operations.  

What you will be doing?

• Management of the day to day operation of Front Office, Telephones, and Night Audit functions.
• Ensure service standards are maintained in the aforementioned areas.
• Ensure profitability is maximised.
• Ensure customer/guest and staff needs are met.

Our Hotel

The Novotel & ibis styles Melbourne Airport is a new dual-branded, 464-room hotel recently opened on 1 July 2024.

The Novotel Melbourne Airport with 248 rooms, and ibis Styles Melbourne Airport with 216 rooms, is located just steps away from Terminal 4, Melbourne Airport.
