Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Waiter / Waitress to join our team at Our Habitas Qatar in Ras Abrouq. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

• Greet guests, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve with attention to detail
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and upsell menu items
• Maintain a clean dining area and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant
• Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues during busy periods

• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
