Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mansion Upkeep Ambassador to join our prestigious team in Udaipur, India. The successful candidate will take pride in maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness, order, and presentation across luxurious mansion interiors and surroundings.

  • Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of assigned mansion areas, including guest rooms, living spaces, corridors, and common areas.
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene, organization, and presentation in all assigned areas.
  • Handle cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly, maintaining them in good condition.
  • Support in the upkeep of outdoor areas such as verandas, patios, and entrances when required.
  • Maintain guest areas with a keen sense of discretion and respect for privacy
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests or directions from supervisors.
  • Assist in setting up rooms or spaces according to guest preferences and event requirements.
  • Monitor and report low stock of cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities.
  • Ensure proper usage and minimal wastage of materials.
  • Adhere strictly to established housekeeping and safety protocols.
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or irregularities to the supervisor immediately.
  • Participate in routine inspections and training to uphold property standards.
  • Work harmoniously with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Exhibit professionalism, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility at all times.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in housekeeping for luxury establishments, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work harmoniously in a team environment.
