Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to join our team in Hurghada, Egypt. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs that enhance employee skills, boost performance, and drive organizational success.

  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for staff at all levels across the organization
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create tailored training solutions
  • Implement innovative training methodologies, including e-learning and blended learning approaches
  • Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with organizational goals and strategies
  • Mentor and coach managers and supervisors to enhance their leadership and training abilities
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules
  • Monitor and report on key training metrics to demonstrate ROI and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and regulations in all training activities
  • Manage training budgets and resources efficiently
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our training offerings
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development throughout the organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with at least 3 years in a management role
  • Professional certification such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or equivalent is preferred
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing successful training programs
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic
  • In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Proficiency in needs assessment, curriculum development, and performance management
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and instructional design software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess training needs and measure outcomes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Understanding of Egyptian labor laws and regulations as they pertain to employee training and development
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work extended hours and travel to other locations within Egypt as needed
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all training initiatives
