Experience as Executive Chef capacity in-charge of luxury hotel culinary operations with multiple F&B outlets, including large conference/event facilities.
Luxury experience and Michelin star background is preferred.
Strong organization and leadership skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Effective management style, hands-on and approachable.
Bottom-line oriented with emphasis on quality guest-service and team-building
Understand and adaptive to market trends and needs of a challenging and exciting environment.
Ability to implement innovation is required.
