Job Description

 Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
- Assist guests with luggage and escort them to their rooms
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Offer assistance with transportation arrangements, such as calling taxis or arranging airport transfers
- Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby area
- Assist with valet parking when necessary

Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong guest service orientation
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures
- Familiarity with night audit processes is a plus
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable
- Ability to build positive guest relations and provide exceptional hospitality
- Previous experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred
- Must have excellent customer service skills

The Bellman plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our guests. As a Bellman, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression by greeting guests, assisting with luggage, and providing information about our hotel facilities. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond will contribute to our guests' overall satisfaction.
